Q: HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE?


A: A first time printed label order takes three to seven business days to complete and could take as little as one day for a repeat order. Lead time for woven orders is three to four weeks for first orders and about ten days for repeats.



Q: HOW DO YOU ACCEPT ARTWORK FILES?


A: We prefer artwork to be created in Adobe Illustrator and saved in Adobe Illustrator vector file.



Q: HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?


A: We require a 50% deposit on the order to get started, and balance is due upon delivery or pick up. We accept payment via Master Card, Visa and email transfer.



Q: HOW DO YOU SHIP THE ORDER?


A: We ship via Canpar Transport across Canada and we charge acccording to the size and weight of your package. Shipping is not included in the pricing. For example, if you are located in Metro Toronto, the typical charge for a one pound package is $11.00 plus 13% HST. Sometimes it is faster and less expensive to ship via Canada Post if the destination is out of province. We will give you a shipping quote and option of shipping method when you order.


If you are located outside Canada, we ship via Airmail, Fedex, or UPS.
